Sexual Performance

Regain confidence. Reclaim your performance. Take back control.

Dr. Peck offers the full spectrum of sexual performance care — from oral medication to advanced radiofrequency treatment — each prescribed and managed personally by a board-certified urologist in a private, appointment-only setting.

Sexual performance concerns are among the most common issues men face, and among the most undertreated. Not because solutions do not exist, but because finding the right physician to discuss them with is harder than it should be. At NextPhase, that conversation is private, judgment-free, and focused entirely on what works for you.

Full spectrum care

From first-line oral medication to advanced radiofrequency treatment, Dr. Peck offers every meaningful option for sexual performance and the clinical depth to know which one is right for you.

Physician-led from day one

Every treatment at NextPhase is prescribed and monitored by Dr. Peck personally. No auto-refill protocols. No impersonal telehealth forms. A physician who knows your case at every step.

Discreet pharmacy options

For patients who prefer maximum privacy, NextPhase offers access to discreet pharmacy options for prescribed medications — delivered directly to you without a trip to the counter.

Erectile Dysfunction

ED is one of the most common conditions in men's health. It is also one of the most treatable.

Erectile dysfunction affects an estimated 30 million men in the United States. It is not a character flaw, a sign of aging, or something to simply accept. It is a medical condition — with identifiable causes and effective treatments available right now.

ED is frequently a signal of something worth addressing. Cardiovascular health, hormonal imbalance, neurological factors, or psychological contributors can all play a role. Dr. Peck approaches ED as a physician first identifying what is driving the condition before recommending how to treat it. That distinction matters. A treatment plan built on an accurate diagnosis works. One built on a symptom checklist alone often does not.

At NextPhase, Dr. Peck offers the complete range of ED treatment options. From oral medication to advanced radiofrequency therapy and injection therapy, Dr. Peck will recommend the approach that makes the most clinical sense for your specific situation.

More common than you think

ED affects men of all ages and backgrounds. By age 40, approximately 40% of men experience some degree of erectile difficulty. By 70, that number climbs above 70%. You are not alone. And you do not have to stay where you are.

A diagnosis first

Dr. Peck identifies what is driving your ED before prescribing anything. Hormonal, vascular, neurological, and psychological factors are all considered. The right diagnosis leads to the right treatment.

Every option available

Oral medication, injection therapy, APEX radiofrequency, and additional treatment pathways are all available at NextPhase. Dr. Peck determines which approach, or combination, is most appropriate for you.

Oral Medication

The most accessible first step — prescribed by a physician who actually knows your case.

PDE5 inhibitors are the most commonly prescribed treatment for ED. When prescribed appropriately, they are highly effective for many men. At NextPhase, oral medication is prescribed by Dr. Peck following a proper clinical evaluation, not an online questionnaire.

PDE5 inhibitors work by increasing blood flow to the penis in response to sexual stimulation. They do not create an erection on their own — they enhance the body's natural response. For men with mild to moderate ED whose underlying causes are addressed, oral medication can be a straightforward and effective first-line treatment.

Dr. Peck prescribes oral ED medications as part of a complete evaluation — reviewing your health history, current medications, and any contributing factors before determining which option and dosage is appropriate. For patients who prefer complete privacy, NextPhase offers discreet pharmacy options with direct delivery. No pharmacy counter, no explanation required.

At NextPhase, Dr. Peck offers the complete range of ED treatment options. From oral medication to advanced radiofrequency therapy. Dr. Peck will recommend the approach that makes the most clinical sense for your specific situation.

Physician-prescribed

Oral ED medication at NextPhase is prescribed by Dr. Peck following a clinical evaluation. Dosage and medication selection are based on your health profile — not a default starting point.

Discreet delivery available

NextPhase offers access to discreet pharmacy options for patients who prefer their medication delivered privately and directly. Discuss this with Dr. Peck at your consultation.

Not right for everyone

If oral medication has not worked for you in the past, that is important information, but not a dead end.  Dr. Peck will evaluate why and recommend the appropriate next step.

Injection Therapy

When oral medication is not the answer, injection therapy often is.

Penile injection therapy is one of the most effective treatments for erectile dysfunction available — particularly for men who have not responded to oral medications or for whom oral medications are contraindicated. At NextPhase, it is prescribed and taught by Dr. Peck personally.

Injection therapy — also known as intracavernosal injection or ICI — involves a small, self-administered injection into the side of the penis that produces a reliable erection within minutes. The medication works directly at the tissue level rather than systemically, making it effective for a wider range of ED causes including vascular, neurological, and hormonal contributors.

Dr. Peck will evaluate whether injection therapy is appropriate for you, prescribe the right formulation for your specific case, and walk you through the self-injection technique personally before you leave the office. Most men are surprised by how straightforward the process is once they have been properly trained.

Highly effective

Injection therapy has among the highest success rates of any ED treatment. It is effective in men for whom oral medication alone has not produced adequate results, including those with vascular or neurological contributors.

Physician-trained technique

Dr. Peck teaches the self-injection technique personally during your appointment. Most men find the process significantly less intimidating than they expected and are confident before they leave the office.

Discreet delivery available

Injectable ED medications can be delivered discreetly and directly to you through pharmacy options available via NextPhase. No pharmacy counter visit required.

APEX Radiofrequency by InMode

Advanced radiofrequency treatment for ED. Non-Surgical, in-office, and built for long-term results.

APEX RF by InMode is a non-surgical, in-office treatment that uses controlled radiofrequency energy and electrical muscle stimulation to improve erectile function at the tissue level — stimulating blood flow, supporting new blood vessel growth, and remodeling tissue over a series of treatments.

Unlike oral medications and injection therapy, which address ED in the moment, APEX RF is designed to improve the underlying physiology that supports erectile function over time. It works by delivering controlled RF energy and electrical muscle stimulation directly to the targeted tissue — stimulating angiogenesis, improving vascular flow, and promoting tissue remodeling in the structures responsible for erections.

APEX RF is performed entirely in-office by Dr. Peck with no anesthesia, no downtime, and no recovery period. A typical treatment protocol involves a series of sessions scheduled over several weeks. Results build progressively and many men report meaningful improvement in erectile function, sensitivity, and overall sexual confidence.

At NextPhase, APEX RF is offered as a standalone treatment or as part of a broader ED treatment plan  depending on the clinical picture Dr. Peck identifies at your consultation.

Non-surgical and non-invasive

APEX RF requires no anesthesia, no incisions, and no recovery period. Treatments are performed in-office at NextPhase and most men return to normal activity immediately after each session.

Addresses the underlying cause

By stimulating blood vessel growth and tissue remodeling, APEX RF targets the vascular contributors to ED — not just the symptom. Results build over the course of the treatment protocol and continue to improve after the final session.

Part of a broader plan

APEX RF can be used as a standalone treatment or combined with other therapies as part of a comprehensive ED plan developed by Dr. Peck. Candidacy and protocol are determined personally at your consultation.

Premature Ejaculation

PE is a medical condition. It is treatable. Dr. Peck can help.

Premature ejaculation is one of the most common sexual health concerns men experience, and one of the least discussed. At NextPhase, it is addressed directly, without judgment, and with the same clinical seriousness as any other men's health condition.

Premature ejaculation is defined as ejaculation that occurs sooner than desired, either before or shortly after penetration, and causes distress or interpersonal difficulty. It affects an estimated 1 in 3 men at some point in their lives and can have a significant impact on confidence, relationships, and overall quality of life.

The causes of PE can be physiological, psychological, or a combination of both — and treatment works best when the contributing factors are properly identified. Dr. Peck evaluates each case individually and develops a treatment approach based on what is actually driving the condition. Treatment options at NextPhase include topical agents, oral medication, behavioral techniques, or a combination of treatments. There is no preset protocol. There is no judgment. There is a physician who takes the concern seriously and knows how to address it.

More common than most men know

PE affects approximately 1 in 3 men. It is the most common male sexual dysfunction. Most men who experience it have never discussed it with a physician. At NextPhase, that conversation is private and straightforward.

Properly evaluated

Dr. Peck identifies the contributing factors, whether physiological, psychological, or both, before recommending treatment. The right evaluation leads to the right solution.

Effective treatment exists

PE is highly treatable when approached correctly. Dr. Peck will walk you through your options and develop a plan around your specific situation — discreetly and without pressure.

Start Here

The right treatment starts with the right conversation.

Sexual performance concerns are rarely one-dimensional. What looks like an ED problem may have a hormonal root. What feels like a performance issue may be better addressed with a different approach entirely. Dr. Peck has the clinical depth to evaluate the full picture and the full range of options to address it.

If you are unsure which treatment is right for you, that is exactly what your consultation is for. You do not need to arrive with a self-diagnosis or a specific request. Bring your questions. Dr. Peck will take it from there.
